เล่าเรื่องของ เบนนี่ ชาน (เฉินหลง Jackie Chan) สายสืบชาวฮ่องกงที่กำลังตามล่าหัวหน้าแก๊งมาเฟียนามว่าวิคเตอร์ หว่อง (วินสตันส เชา Winston Chao) มานานกว่าทศวรรษ เมื่อหลานสาวของเขา ซาแมนธา (ฟ่านปิงปิง Fan BingBing) ต้องไปพัวพันกับองค์กรมาเฟียของหว่อง ซึ่งคนที่มีหลักฐานสามารถสาวถึงตัวเจ้าพ่อได้ นั่นคือนักพนันชาวอเมริกันจอมปากมาก คอนเนอร์ วัตส์(จอห์นนี่ น็อกซ์วิลล์ Johnny Knoxville) แต่ดันโดนแกงค์มาเฟียจับไป รัสเซีย ซึ่งเขาต้องการจะกลับ มาเก๊า ดังนั้นเบนนี่ จึงตามไปช่วยเหลือ คอนเนอร์ เพื่อเป็นพยานลากคอวิคเตอร์มาลงโทษ และช่วยเหลือซาแมนธาให้ได้ ภารกิจฟัด พ่วงความมันข้ามพรมแดนตั้งแต่เทือกเขาในมองโกเลียจนถ ึงทะเลทรายโกบี เรื่อยมาถึง มาเก๊า จึงอุบัติขึ้น!!!
