หนังเล่าเรื่องราวของคู่รักที่ได้ย้ายเข้ามาอาศัยในอพาร์ตเมนต์ในฝันของเมืองมอนทรีออล แล้วพบว่าคู่รักเพื่อนบ้านที่อยู่ห้องฝั่งตรงข้ามมีนิสัยแปลกๆ ในแง่ชอบมีเซ็กซ์แบบเปิดหน้าต่างให้ชาวบ้านมองเห็น พวกเขาดูเหมือนได้การแอบมองคู่รักฝั่งตรงข้ามมาเติมความเผ็ดให้ชีวิตเซ็กซ์ของตัวเอง แต่เมื่อพบว่าผู้ชายของฝ่ายโน้นมีการนอกใจพาผู้หญิงไม่ซ้ำหน้ามานอนด้วย ความหมุกมุ่นของฝ่ายหญิงฝั่งนี้ก็เริ่มล้ำเส้นไปสู่ความผิดปกติ แล้วนำไปสู่เรื่องราวระทึกขวัญสั่นประสาทที่อาจทำลายชีวิตพวกเขา
